摘要
本文分析了当前国内外回转窑窑内温度检测的现状;在充分调研和进行初步实验的基础上,提出了一种全新的检测回转窑窑内温度的方法———温度信号频率发射、接收技术;该研究对回转窑窑内温度的精确检测具有重要意义和实用价值.
This paper analyzes the status of the measurement of the temperature inside the Rotary Kiln, it presents a new way to measure the temperature inside the Rotary Kilns——temperature signal is converted into frequency signal, then emitted by virtue of the carrier wave, and detective signal received, after it is amplified, is transmitted to the digital instrument for displaying, and finally the wanted results are got. It is very important whether the temperature inside the rotary kilns can be measured precisely or not.
