摘要
以保加利亚精油玫瑰同一无性系相同部位茎段为试验材料,12~2月接种最好,芽生长迅速,污染率低,以6 BA,NAA,GA3及蔗糖为试验因子,每个因子5个含量水平,以不同培养基及浓度为基础,通过实验选出宜于保加利亚精油玫瑰组织培养的初代培养基,即MS+6 BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.15mg/L+蔗糖40g/L+琼脂6g/L.
A study on tissue culture and rapid reproduction of Rosa rugosa was carried out by using the stems with identical gene type and position. It has been found that the best inoculation period is from December to Febuary. New buds grew rapidly with the lowest rate of contamination. An orthogonal experiment was designed by using 6-BA, NAA, GA_3 and sucrose as factors with 5 concentration levels to select suitable preliminary medium: MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.15 mg/L+Sucrose 35 g/L+Agarophyte 6 g/L.
