摘要
氧化铝生产过程中,蒸发器出料氢氧化钠密度用传统控制方法难以控制,针对这一问题,分析了蒸发器组的数学模型,采用预估模糊控制方法对其出料密度进行控制研究。仿真结果表明,该方法可以获得满意的动、静态性能和良好的鲁棒性,适用于大惯性、纯滞后且无法或很难得到精确模型的对象。
In This paper,the evaporators model in the producing process of Alumina is analyzed and a fuzzy logic control with predictive model is applied in evaporators liquor density control,which is difficult by traditional control methods.Computer simulation results demonstrate that this method can achieve satisfactory dynamical characteristic,static characteristic and good robusticity.It is applicable to the objects with large inertness,none-linear nad time delay,and to those whose exact model is difficult to achieve.
