摘要
移动运营商的ARPU值是指每个移动用户每年或每月的平均移动通信消费额,是反映移动通信企业运营效益的一个重要指标,因而成为移动运营商和投资商都关注的焦点。本文探讨了移动运营商ARPU值下降的主要原因,提出了一般模型以及一个研究ARPU值与用户数量关系的实证模型,并对ARPU值未来的变动趋势进行了分析。
The value of ARPU to the mobile company means the average revenue per user.Whereas for the customer, it means the amount of consumption per customer in one year or in one month on mobile service. It is a crucial indicator that reflects the operation efficiency of mobile companies, therefore,whether the mobile companies or investors all focus on it. This paper researches the key reasons for the trend of value of ARPU to decline, and supplies a general analytic model and an empirical model to demonstrate the relation between value of ARPU and the quantity of mobile users. At last, the paper analyzes ARPU changing trend in future.
