中国的国情决定着,即使农村土地制度变革到完全与市场经济相适应的程度,从总体上看,中国农业也只能走“小农集约经营”的现代化之路;农地“规模经营”终究是希望田野上的“星星之火”,它不可能形成“燎原”之势。
