技术创新与制度创新并举的发展道路——关于新型工业化道路的探讨

The Development Way of coexistence of Technical Innovation and Institutional Innovation

党的十六大报告提出的走新型工业化道路,为我国今后经济社会发展厘定了一条正确路径。但是,在学习和探讨这条全新的发展道路时,存在偏重工业化发展的技术路线,忽视制度建设的倾向,并存在结合我国实际情况不足的问题。从这一基本判断出发,我国的新型工业化道路至少应包括市场化、城市化、信息化、城乡一体化、跨越式发展、可持续发展、服务业适度超前发展、经济社会协调发展等八个方面的特征。

The new industrilizacion way is a correct way for us to develop social economy. When talking about the new development way, some people pay more attention to technical factors, pay less attention to institution building and China's actual situations. This essay puts forward the new industrilization way includes at least eight features, these features are marketlization, urbanization, informationization, leaping over development, sustainable development, service industries appropriatly exceeding development and the coordinate development between economy and society.
