Lü Jin, one of the contemporary theorists on poetry, has constructed the system of Chinese modern poetics, which proves to be a system of wholeness, practical- ness and innovation in the history of new poetic theory. The Creation and Appreciation of New Poems, which pave the way of the system, is pregnant with embryonic form.
