医院体检信息管理系统的开发与应用

The development and application of hospital information management system for physical examination

目的探索一种适应体检特点且符合体检要求的护理工作流程,以提高体检管理水平及工作效率,使受检人员轻松满意。方法利用计算机网络系统,对全院15个站点包括体检登记处、医师工作平台、检验科、放射科等功能检查处传入的受检人员信息进行系统化管理。结果实践1年多以来,体检工作实现了规范化、系统化管理,加快了体检工作流程并提高了工作效率,为护士节省时间及减轻负担,较准确地达到了体检预期要求与目的。结论该系统值得在体检工作中推广应用。

Objective To develop and apply a hospital information management system for physical examination so asto improve the management and raise the working efficacy to satisfy people examined.MethodsThe network system in the hospital wasused to sys-temize the management over the data in15work stationsin the hospital including registration for physical examination,doctor'swork station,department of experimental medicine,department of radiology and so on.ResultsOver one year practice showed the stan-dardized and systemized management of physical examination sped up the flow of physical examinations,increased working efficacy,saved nursestime and alleviated their burden and finally achieved the expectant goal of physical examinations.Conclusion The hospital information management system deservespopularization in physical examination.
