摘要
随着政治、经济体制改革向纵深推进 ,我国拉开了公用事业民营化改革的序幕。而随着改革的逐步深入 ,一些深层次的问题已经开始暴露出来。
With the advancement of political and economical reform,the reform of privatization of public uˉtilities is brought into force,and some in-depth problems comes along with the reform.The article analyzes these problems and suggests related policy idea.
