摘要
针对全社会普遍存在的科学精神缺失状况 ,高等教育不但要重视加强素质教育 ,更要注重科学精神的塑造与培养 ,以适应实施《中国2049计划》的需要。文章在剖析科学精神内涵的基础上 。
In viewof the loss of the scientific spirit in entire social universal existence,the higher education needs not only to strengthen the education for all-around development,but must pay great attention to the molding and cultivating of scientific spirit in order to meet the need of implementing”The Chinese2049Plan”.After analyzing the mental connotation of scientific spirit,the article proposes that cultivation of the scientific spirit should become the soul for the higher learning institutions to cultivate the talented persons.
