摘要
客户关系管理正逐渐成为现代企业的焦点,同时也是计算机科学中的一个活跃的研究领域。本文介绍了CRM的概念、体系结构。对CRM的核心技术数据仓库、数据挖掘的概念进行了简要说明,阐明了数据仓库、数据挖掘在CRM中的应用。
CRM becomes the focus of modern enterprise and is also an active research field of computer science. This paper mainly introduces the conception and framework of CRM, briefly illuminates the conceptions of data mining and data warehouse which are CRM's key technologies, and also shows the application of data warehouse and data mining in CRM.
