摘要
社会语言学变体研究与语言教学之间有着密切的本质联系。除了传统的“交际能力”的概念在英语教学中的应用外 ,语言变体研究对改革英语教学目标和教学内容。
So ciolinguistic variation study and language teaching are closely related. Apart f rom the traditional application of communicative competence in English teaching, variation study is also highly instructive in reforming the teaching goals and materials,in improving classroom interaction and in understanding non-verbal co mmunication.
