河北省中小学教师心理健康现状及对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 对河北省上千名中小学教师 ,应用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )和自编影响教师心理健康因素的问卷进行测查并辅以个别访谈 ,结果显示 :教师在躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性 8项因子分均与全国常模有显著性差异 ;不同性别教师在焦虑、恐怖两项因子分有显著差异 ;不同年龄教师在躯体化、强迫因子分存在显著差异 ;不同学历教师各因子分无差异 ;教师心理问题属于中度以上严重水平的检出率为9.31%。由此 ,河北省教师的心理健康问题应引起教育管理部门的重视 ,建议从生理。 A survey has recently been conduct ed over one thousand teachers from nursery, primary and high schools in Hebei Pr ovince. The survey covered SCL-90, a questionnaire, and an additional personal i nterview uniquely designed in regard to the factors affecting their psychologica l health. The result shows that the indexes of all the 8 items are considerably different from the average indexes of the national models, i.e., somatization, c ompulsion, anxiety, depression, enmity, horror, paranoia, and psychopathy. And d ifferent genders have substantial divergences in anxiety and horror; different a ges vary in somatization and compulsion; different diplomas have no divergence; and 9.3% of teachers are more or less severely hit by mental diseases. Therefore , the authors of this paper hope that this deserves the attention of the adminis trative departments concerned in coordination from all the three perspectives of physiological, psychological, and social behaviors.
