摘要
合作社制度相对资本雇佣劳动是一种进步,但其本身却存在某些不足。股份合作制企业的发展要突破目前徘徊不前的状态,国家应尽快制定有关的法律法规及政策给以实质性的支持,企业则应在坚持合作社原则的前提下,完善内部的管理制度。
By comparison with capital employing labor, the institution of cooperative is a progress. However, there lies some weakness in the situation itself. For the share - cooperation entities to get through the hovering situation, the government should enact relevant laws and policies to provide substantial support and the entities should improve their internal management system based on the premise of persistence of cooperative principles.
