摘要
良好的个性是个人学习、生活、工作获得成功的根本保障,如何在语文教育中培养学生良好的个性品质,至今还没有一种现成的模式可供参考,把个性教育作为增加语文知识,发展语文能力并列的目标,从语文课堂教学和课外活动两大块去探索引导学生养成良好的个性品质的途径,有助于问题的明晰化和具体化。
Good personality is very virtual to people′s study、life and work,but there is not a good mode that can foster student′good personality .It is important to regard personality、 knowledge and ability of Chinese as the same position,and to explore and instruct student′s good personality quality from two spects.
