摘要
分析了企业网络联盟建设和运行所面临的复杂性.基于分形理论,研究了用所构造的分形Agent和简单控制规则来实现复杂制造系统的组织和运行.阐述了企业网络联盟各级组织的功能结构自相似性和工作流程自相似性,提出有效简便的自组织运作方法,即在企业网络联盟内部嵌套多级动态子结盟.最后,介绍了应用案例:以信息平台为纽带,嵌套了包括企业、部门的多级协同制造子结盟的企业网络联盟.研究结果表明,该方法可以简化企业网络联盟的实施,并提高企业网络联盟组织的可重构性和柔性.
The establishment and operation of an extended enterprise bump into many thorny issues. The fractal theory was used to study how to simplify a complicated extended enterprise by our constructed fractal-agent and control policy. The self-similarity of the functional structure and workflow inside the hierarchical extended enterprise were discussed, and a simple self-organizing operation method was proposed. An application case was given, in which the information platform based extended enterprise contained several dynamic manufacturing sub-alliances at different levels, including the enterprise level and the workshop level. The results show that the fractal-based solution can decrease the practical intricacies, and increase the reengineering capacities and the flexibility of the extended enterprise.
