摘要
介绍了柔性模块的基本概念;在分析柔性模块化产品的设计推理过程的基础上,提出了一种面向对象的知识库建模方法.将模块视为对象,并以功能模块、柔性模块、实例模块为基础构成对象层次体系,以对象框架语言描述模块的相关设计知识,组成知识单元.然后论述了基于实例和框架的知识推理过程,并给出了液压机产品知识库系统的框架结构.结果表明,该系统的研究和开发可有效支持液压机等大型机械产品的快速响应设计.
Flexible modular design provides an approach to rapid response design of large mechanical products, such as hydraulic press machine. This implies a knowledge model to support the design process. This paper introduced the concept of flexible module, and proposed an object-oriented approach to modeling design knowledge, in which modules were represented as objects. The object architecture consists of three tiers: function module, flexible module and instance module. A frame-based object description language (FBODL) was proposed to represent multiple domain knowledge, in which the design knowledge module was termed as knowledge unit. The case based reasoning and frame based reasoning process were described. An example of knowledge base for modular hydraulic press machine design was given to illustrate the methodology.
