摘要 针对细粒分级存在的分级效率和筛下物产率低、筛上物中合格粒级含量和筛上循环负荷高及再磨系统长期处于超负荷运行状态 ,唐山陆凯科技有限公司与首钢矿业公司合作 ,将已在煤炭等行业成功应用的MVS型电磁振动高频振网筛与尼龙细筛进行了单机对比试验。在此获得成功的基础上 ,在鞍钢弓长岭选矿厂、首钢水厂选矿厂新选厂、大石河选矿厂、武钢程潮铁矿选矿厂、舞阳矿业公司选矿厂等细筛再磨工艺技术改造中应用。工业实践表明 ,获得了较好的效果 ,总结出一些有规律的结果 ,对当前我国黑色金属选矿铁精矿提质降杂提供了先进。 In view of the problems existing in fine classification such as low classification efficiency and undersize factor, high content of qualified particles in oversize material and circulating coad which led to a long time overloaded operation of regrinding system, Tangshan Lukei Scientific and Technological Co., Ltd, in cooperation with Capital Steel's mining Co. made a single unit comparative test between MVS electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen which had been successfully applied in coal industry etc. and nylon fine screen, which achieved success. Based on this, MVS electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen was used in the technical transformation of fine screening regrinding process in An Steel's Gongchangling Concentrator, Capital Steel's Shuichang New Concentrator, Dashihe Concentrator, Wu Steel's Chengchao Iron Mine's concentrator and Wuyahg Mining Co.'s concentrator. Good results have been achieved in industrial practice and some laws summarized, providing advanced high capacity classification equipment fer China's presently carried activity of quality improvement and impurity reduction of iron concentrates in ferrous metal mineral processing.
