摘要
对黑色母粒中炭黑的分散机理进行了阐述,提出了一种简单易行的用母粒着色薄膜的黑度来表征和评价炭黑分散状况的方法。研究了聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、偶联剂对母粒中炭黑的分散作用。结果表明聚乙烯蜡数均相对分子质量在1000~4000范围时具有较好的分散效果,且聚乙烯蜡相对分子质量越高,分散能力越强,聚乙烯蜡的最佳用量随聚乙烯蜡相对分子质量、加工应用条件的不同有所变化。本研究的最佳用量为10%左右;从耐热性和分散性上看,石蜡不适合作为黑母粒的分散剂使用;偶联剂不宜与聚乙烯蜡并用。
The dispersion mechanism of carbon black in black master batch was discussed. A simple method for characterizing and evaluating the dispersion of carbon black by the dark degree of membrane painted with master batch was proposed. The results showed that good dispersion effect was obtained when the relative molecular mass of polyethylene wax was 1000~4000. The optimum amount of polyethylene wax was about 10%. The paraffin wax was not suitable for the dispersant in black master batch, and the coupling agent was not suitable to be used in black master batch.
