摘要
阐述了液化石油气 (LPG)燃料的供气方式 ,开发了一种适合 4 6 5LPG/汽油两用燃料发动机的供给装置 ,并对LPG燃料混合器的设计作了说明。利用该供给装置对 4 6 5发动机燃用LPG和汽油燃料的动力、经济性能和排放特性进行了台架试验研究。结果表明 :4 6 5发动机燃用LPG燃料时 ,在最大功率和最大转矩达到原汽油机94 .4 %以上的条件下 ;外特性平均燃料消耗率降低 4 .6 %;在怠速工况下 ,燃用LPG燃料时发动机尾气中的HC和CO排放量比原汽油机分别下降 3 0 .6 %和 4 6 .4 %。展示了液化石油气的应用前景。
This article illustrates the supplying modes of LPG fuel, develops a supplying system adapting 465 LPG/gasoline bi fuel engine, and introduces the design of LPG fuel mixer Utilizing the supplying system,bench test research about power,economic performances and emission characteristics of 465 LPG/gasoline bi fuel engine are presented The test results show that when using 465 LPG as fuel of the engine,under the conditions of the maximum power and torque reaching above 94.4%,the average fuel consuming rate decreases 4.6% While idling,the HC and CO emissions in 465 LPG engine exhaust decreases 30.6% and 46.4% respectively comparing with that of the original gasoline engine It indicates that LPG has bright future for application
