Venture investment is a new type of investment to meet the requirements of the industrialization of sophisticated and new technology.A policy shall be formulated by the government to give it a strong backing.Foreign policy consideration to venture investment gives expression mainly to concessional tax on liberal terms,financial support,secured credit,government procurement,talents training,intellectual property protection,backstage retirement(a transformation of investment) and so on.It is an inspiration for us to formulate a policy to stand up for the promotion of venture investment.
