摘要
用WaringBlender法对月桂醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚乙酸钠(AE9C-Na)在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行了研究。结果表明,AE9C-Na水溶液的泡沫性能随体系pH值变化而变化,在pH<6的范围内泡沫性能差,pH>8时起泡能力强泡沫稳定性好,且有一定的耐温,抗盐及抗钙能力,可反复起泡消泡,因此AE9C-Na可作为液洗产品的主活性剂及循环泡沫流体的主剂。
The foam properties of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethyleneether carboxylate were determined with Waring Blender method under varied conditions. The results show that the products possess fair foam properties in the solution containing less than 3% of NaCl and less than 250×10^(-6) of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) at elevated temperature. AE_9C-Na shows excellent foam properties at pH>8, and it can be used as a recycle foamer in petroleum foam drilling.
