摘要
通过热加工工艺及理化分析等方法,研究了非调质钢45MnV的硬化机理。结果表明,45MnV钢在锻造后经850℃保温2h随后自然冷却的热处理工艺处理,所获得的组织是在铁素体基体上弥散分布着粒状碳化物,这种组织为45MnV钢的强韧化做出了贡献。
Hardening mechanism of the microalloyed steel 45MnV has been studied by heat processing and physical testing and chemial analysis. The results showed, that after 850℃ forging and 2 hour keeping temperature, the 45MnV steel had obtained sedimentary carbide dispersed particle on the ferrite structure. It makes a contribution to the strengthening and toughening of 45MnV steel.
