摘要 介绍了一种氢脆测定试验方法和试样,即采用应力环对V型缺口氢脆试样加载,考察在规定的时间内试样是否断裂来评定零件的氢脆性。该方法简单易行,只须一台持久强度试验机,便可同时进行多个试样的试验,过程易于控制,稳定性好,提高了工作效率。经近两年的实际使用,情况良好。 This paper presents a testing method to control the hydrogen embrittlement, namely, apply the given load to a V-notched embrittlement specimen by using the stress ring and the embrittlement of the parts can be assessed acceptable or not through examining whether the specimen is broken in a specified time period. The whole testing process is introduced in details. This simple and practical method can be used to conduct several tests at one time only by using one sustained strength tester. It also features easy control, stability, and increased efficiency. Additionally, it is easier to manufacture stress rings and carry out periodic calibration compared to tester, therefore it costs much less compared with purchasing sustained strength tester. As a matter of fact, the two-year′s production operations have proven that it has been performed well.
