介绍了金属材料顶锻试验的方法和设备。快速顶锻试验机集校直、剪切和顶锻三工位于一体,以40mm/s的速度进行试验,在0.5s内完成顶锻冲压过程,与老式的手锤、压力机、万能试验机及锻压机相比,更能全面满足国家标准的要求。
Introduce the new method and equipment about metallic materials forging test. It contains alignment、 cutting and forging in all, which can be tested at the speed of 40mm/s. The whole process of punch-forging can be completed in 0.5 second, which simulates the process of punch-forging really. It can meet the demand of above national standard, better than the old style hammer, pressure machine, omnipotence test machine and forge machine.
