This paper introduces the establishment of the GPS control network and the calculation of the transformation parameters of the first stage deep water channel project in the entrance of Yangtze River. Then this paper disscusses some problem about the coordinate transformation from WGS84 coordinate system to the Beijing 1954 plane coordinate system and shanghai Wusong height system using Bursa model and it's improved model.
