摘要
WebGIS通常被认为是运行在Internet/Intranet之上的地理信息系统,是GIS在Web环境下的扩展和延伸。WebGIS可以实现在Web环境下用浏览器浏览、查询和分析服务器管理的地理空间数据并将结果可视化。基于GeoMediaWebMap地图发布软件平台,结合成都市地价监测体系建设过程中地价信息发布工作的需要,通过设置“成都市地价信息网”网站,实现了WebGIS在企业内部网(Intranet)上的应用。
Web GIS is a kind of Geographic Information Systems, which depends on Internet/Intranet network environment. It extends GIS application to World Wide Web(WWW). The functions of Web GIS include browsing, querying, analyzing the geo-spatial data that are stored in database server and visualizing the results. In order to release urban land price information during building the system of monitoring urban land price of Chengdu, the authors built a website-″Chengdu Urban Land Price Information Net″ based on the platform of GeoMedia Web Map software and successfully realized the application of Web GIS in Enterprise level.
