方盒形件拉深破裂预测的研究

Study on fracture prediction of deep drawing for square box

根据盒形件拉深变形的特点 ,借助轴对称拉深件的变形规律与盒形件圆角区剪应力零线相同的假设 ,得到了方盒形件主要变形区法兰和侧壁的应力解析表达式 ,从而对方盒形件的拉深破裂进行了预测。

With the deformation characteristics of rectangular box in deep drawing, analytical solution of stress on deform ation area has been obtained on the basis of the hypothesis that deformation law of shear stress zero-line is the same as the corresponding axisymmetric workpie ces, then the fracture limit is predicted. The analytical result verified by FEM numerical simulation is reliable.
