老井侧钻小尾管试油工艺技术研究与应用

摘要 利用老井井眼进行开窗侧钻是完善开发井网,开采老油田剩余油,提高油田采收率的有效手段。随着油田开发的不断深入,在低渗透油田的φ139.7mm套管老井中开窗侧钻,尾管采用φ88.9mm套管完井的侧钻井越来越多。这类侧钻井具有侧钻开窗点高、尾管尺寸小、目的层渗透率低、压力低、产量低等特点。为满足此类侧钻小尾管井的试油、酸化解堵、有杆泵采油与测试等工艺配套技术的需要,江苏油田开展大量的攻关研究工作,使侧钻小尾管井的采油技术指标与常规采油井相近,创下了“四小”采油新技术,取得了很好的开发效益。 Window cutting and sidetrack drilling in borehole of old wells are an efficient way to improve development well network, exploit residual oil in old oilfield and enhance oil recovery. With the oilfield development in depth, the sidetrack drilling well, in which windows cut in φ139.7mm casing of old wells and well completion with φ88.9mm tailpipe, became more and more. These wells possess such characteristics as high window cutting point, small size of tailpipes, low permeability of target strata, low pressure and low production. In order to meet the requirement of matching technology of oil production and testing including formation test, acidization, plugging removal, rod pumping and etc, a great deal of study is developed, which makes the oil production technology index of sidetrack drilling and small tailpipe well close to that of routine well, created new oil production technology of 'Four Small' and a-chieved good development benefit.
