利用变异链球菌特异性吸附筛选蕲蛇毒作用蛋白的初步探讨

摘要 首次利用变异链球菌与蕲蛇毒相互作用筛选作用蛋白.考察蛇毒的解吸和结合条件,包括作用缓冲体系、pH、离子强度和时间等因素,采用电泳(SDS PAGE)和毛细管液相色谱(cLC)分析作用蛋白,并探讨了菌体多次与蛇毒相互作用的情况,确定了多个作用蛋白的分子质量. Method was explored to screen multiple proteins from Agkistrodon acutus venom by bacterial specific absorption. Desorption and absorption conditions for interaction between crude venom and streptococcus mutans were investigated in detail by SDS-PAGE and cLC, including buffer, pH, ion strength, time, etc. The same cells of S. mutans were even used for 10 cycles to screen interaction proteins and the molecule weights of multiple proteins were identified by SDS-PAGE.
