摘要
以达到注塑件模具的某一模温为优化目标 ,考虑了模板热传导阻力和水对冷却水道壁的给热系数 ,用试差法求解冷却水道一边所需的传热面积 ,并完成冷却系统的设计计算。
Resistance of mold plates to heat transfer and heat transfer coefficient between cooling channel walls and water were taken into account for obtaining a suitable mold temperature.The required area of cooling channels was calculated by trial and error method and used for cooling system design.
