摘要
少数民族教育双重性主要指在统一的多民族国家中 ,少数民族教育在各方面既要考虑和适应本民族的文化环境 ,本民族的发展和需要 ,又要兼顾以主体民族为主的、统一的多民族国家共同的大文化大背景及其发展和需要。少数民族教育双重性二者之间的关系是对立统一、相辅相成的。造成少数民族教育双重性特点的最深刻的客观根源和成因是少数民族教育文化背景双重性。
The dual nature of minority education is mainly indicated that in a unitary multinational country the minority education is not only considered in its development,requirement needs and adaptation of its culture background of the minority itself,but also in the development,requinement and the adaptation of its common mass culture background of mojority.The relationship between the above two aspects is of the unity of opposites and supplement from each other.The most profound origin of the oeffect nhich porduces the dual nature is its dual characters of its background of culture and education.
