摘要
根据飞机维护手册中对碱性电瓶释压阀压力的测试要求,研制成功了一台专用释压阀压力测试仪。讨论了该测试仪的基本机构,气压的产生和压力信号的采集,信号放大器和报警电路的设计方法。
According to the requirements of aircraft maintenance manual related to alkaline valve test,a specified alkaline battery relief valve pressure test equipment has been developed in this paper.This paper discusses the basic construction of the tester,compressed air generation and pressure signal sampling,signal amplifier,and warning circuitry designing.Actual measurement shows that this tester is practical.
