长期以来,中、东欧国家铁路实行计划经济模式,运营亏损部分由国家给予一定的补贴。随着经济的发展,中、东欧国家铁路相继提出加入欧盟的要求,由此针对现实存在的问题,提出了铁路企业的发展措施。

The railway in mid- and east European countries has beenembedded in a planning economy mode for a long time and the state providescertain subvention to the deficit part. With the development of economy, thesecountries applied to join EU one after the other. Due to this and regarding theproblems existed in current situation, the paper puts forward the developmentmeasures for railway enterprises.
