高压加热器由于泄漏不能正常投运,对机组的安全经济运行带来严重影响,通过定量分析、对高压加热器进行改造,提高了高压加热器的投入率,为机组的安全运行提供了保障,降低了发电成本,提高了全厂的热经济效率。

The high-pressure heater couldn't be put into use because of leakage. It has severely impacted the safe operating of the electricity generator. Based on the quantitative analysis, the high-pressure heater was rebuilt, so the input-rate of the heater has been improved, the operation safety of power unit guarantees, the electricity generating cost reduces, and the plant thermo-economics increases.
