丽纹龙蜥不同组织的同工酶

Studies on isozyme patterns in different tissues of japalura splendida

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对雄性丽纹龙蜥的脂肪体、精巢、肺、肝脏、肌肉、肠、胃和心脏等8种组织中的酯酶、过氧化物酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶和醇脱氢酶等5种同工酶进行了研究,结果表明,丽纹龙蜥的5种同工酶存在组织特异性.

Five isozymes (EST、POD、MDH、LDH and ADH )in eight tissues (fat,testis,lungs ,liver ,muscle,intestines ,stomach and heart) were examined by using of Polyacrylamide gelyelectrophoresis on vertical slab of male agama, Japalura splendida. The results show that five isozymes have obvious tissues peculiarity among the eight tissues.
