摘要
以H-2软性填料作为氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferroxidans)的固定化载体,构建了固定床生物反应器。考察了在通气量330 1/h、稀释率0.6 h^(-1)、pH值为2.0、温度30℃的条件下,固定床生物反应器中氧化Fe^(2+)的反应状况。Fe^(2+)的最大氧化反应速率达到7.67g[Fe^(2+)/(1·h)。研究了固定床生物反应器运行过程中载体表面上形成的络合物。X-衍射分析结果表明,此络合物为黄钾铁矾[KFe_3(SO_4)_2(OH)_6]。采用该固定床生物反应器,H_2S脱除率达到99.5%以上,并副产高纯度的硫磺。
A fixed-bed bioreactor is constructed by immobilized cells of Thiobacillus ferrooxidants with H-2 carrier. In the state of bioreactor operation, a maximum Fe2+ oxidation rate of 7.67 g [Fe2+]/(1·h) was attained with the aeration of 330 l/h, the dilution rate of 0.6 h-1, the pH of 2.0 and the temperature of 30°C. And the complex compound forming on the surface of the carrier in the operation of the bioreactor was identified as jarosite by X-ray diffraction analysis. In the fixed-bed bioreactor, the removal of hydrogen sulfide was higher than 99.5%, and the by-product was sulphur of high purity.
