摘要
选择上海某养禽公司不同新城疫免疫程序的出口肉鸡场的鸡群,分别于免疫后不同时期采集喉气管和泄殖腔棉拭样品及屠宰后胸肌组织样品,接种于SPF鸡胚进行病毒分离,并以HA和HI试验、ICPI试验及PCR试验进行鉴定。结果表明,鸡群免疫弱毒疫苗后至少排毒2周以上,不同免疫程序则鸡群排毒情况存在差异,因而出口肉鸡实施合理科学的免疫程序非常必要。
After immunized with ND live vaccines,the chicken of differernt immune groups were detected of NDV antigens in cloaca swabs and breast meats by virus isolation and identification(include SPF embryo inoculation,HA and HI tests,ICPI detection,RT-PCR test).The results showed that the shedding time of the live vaccine virus at least lasted14days,and different immune procedure could influence the shedding time.
