摘要 采用雷诺应力模型(Reynolds stress model,简称RSM),在三维贴你坐标系下采用SIMPLE算法求解控制方程,应用Fluent程序数值模拟PV型旋风分离器内三维流场。计算结果与实测值相吻合,轴向速率在中心处有滞流、回流,环形空间顶部有二次流,排气管末端有短路流。随着排气管直径的减小,切向速率增大。 The Reynolds stress model (RSM) and Fluent program were used to simulate the three-dimension flow field in PV type cyclone, and the SIMPLE algorithm was used to solve the governing equation in three-dimension BFC (Body-fitted coordinates) grids. The results showed that the stagnation and reverse of axial velocity near cyclone center were observed. There were secondary flow in upper annular space and short circuit stream at the end of the exit pipe. The tangential velocity increased with the decrease of the finder diameter. The computational results agreed with the experimental data.
