摘要
分析计算了球壳接管区应力集中及补强相关应力集中衰减范围。发现对于大型球壳接管结构 ,连接区内补强相关应力集中衰减宽度在一定的开孔率及球壳半径厚度比范围内超出了GB1 5 0 1 998规定的有效补强宽度。此参数范围内 ,如进行补强设计 ,建议适当增大有效补强宽度。
The stress intensification and the decay range of the stress intensification related to the reinforcement in the connecting zone of the nozzle of a spherical shell were analyzed and calculated. It was found that the decay widths of the stress intensification related to the reinforcement in the connecting zone were beyond the effective reinforcement widths regulated by the Code GB150 1998 in the ranges of a certain radius ratio of the nozzle to the spherical shell and the ratio of thickness to radius of the spherical shell for the nozzle structure of the large spherical shell. If it was necessary to perform reinforcement design, the effective reinforcement width should be extended properly in the parameter range.
