摘要  以固体杂多酸盐催化剂TiSiW12O40 Al4(SiW12O40)3/TiO2 Al2O3催化酯化合成邻苯二甲酸二(2 乙基己基)酯(DOP).结果表明:该催化剂对DOP的合成具有较高的催化活性,合成工艺简单,催化剂容易回收并可多次重复使用等特点.适宜的反应条件为:醇酐摩尔比为2.25∶1,催化剂用量为醇酐总质量的1.78%,反应温度为150℃,反应时间2.5h,酯化率95%. A new method of preparing di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate using TiSiW_(12)O_(40)-Al_4(SiW_(12)O_(40))_3/TiO_2-Al_2O_3 as a catalyst was described. This catalyst showed many advantages, for example, it can decrease the corrosion of equipment and the pollution in the environment, and has higher esterification and selectivity. The treatment of products is simplified and the catalyst may be used repeatedly. The reaction conditions recommended are that molar ratio of alcohol to acid anhydride was 2.25∶1, amount of catalyst was 1.78 % of alcohol and acid anhydride, reaction temperature was 150 ℃ and reaction time was 2.5 h.
