海河流域干旱缺水状况与解决对策探讨

Discussion on drought and water deficiency in the Haihe River Basin and its countermeasures

毛主席“一定要根治海河”题词发表40年来,海河治理取得了巨大成就,但又出现了水资源短缺、水环境恶化等新问题。通过分析流域干旱缺水的特点,提出了继续治理海河和解决干旱缺水问题的对策措施。

In40years since Chairman Mao's inscription of'The Haihe River must be brought under permanent control'was published,the great achievements have been obtained in administrating the Haihe River.But the new problems of water resources shortage and water environment deterioration appear as well.Through the analysis of the characteristics of basin drought and water deficiency,the countermeasures are put forward to continue administrating the Haihe River and solve the problems of drought and water deficiency.
