摘要
以粉煤灰、活化剂、硫酸为原料经活化、陈化、浸泡、焙烧等制得了固体酸催化剂 ,并应用于草酸二乙酯的合成取得了良好的催化效果。实验结果表明 :当硫酸浸泡时间为 2 4h ,焙烧温度为 5 5 0℃ ,催化剂用量为草酸投料量的 5 %时 ,酯产率可达 81.85 %。讨论了催化剂的制备工艺不同对合成草酸二乙酯的影响因素以及催化剂的再生与重复使用情况。
The solid acid catalyst was prepared from pulverized coal ash, activating agent and H 2SO 4 through activation, digestion, impregnation and calcination, then was used in synthesis of diethyl oxalate with favorable effects. The results showed that when the dipping time of coal ash in H 2SO 4 was 24 h, the calcination temperature was 550 ℃, and the catalyst amount was 5% of oxalic acid, the yield of the ester could reach 81.85%. The effects of the catalyst preparation conditions and its regeneration conditions were discussed.
