摘要
本文分析了重钢中板厂现有装备技术水平 ,对 2 3 5 0二辊粗轧机 + 2 45 0四辊精轧机机组生产成品宽度 2 .2 m极限尺寸钢板进行了试验研究 ,并将研究成果成功应用于生产实践 ,对生产过程中出现的问题提出了具体对策。
This Paper Makes on analysis of the existing technical installation level in Medium Plate Plant of Chongqing Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,carries out experimental study of plate with a finished width of 2.2m maximum produced on 2350mm two-high roughing mill+2450mm four-high finishing mill train,and successfully applies the obtained fruits to production practice,puts forward specific countermeasures with respect to problems occurring during production.
