计算机技术的发展,特别是管理信息系统的应用,为我国科研教学工作提供了重要的手段。针对本地数据库的操作,介绍了开发教学科研管理信息系统的一些思路及该系统的功能与特点。

The development of computer technology,especially the popularization of MIS provides an important means for modernization of scientific researching and teaching work in our country.In this paper,we introduce the way of developing scientific researching and teaching MIS by manipulating the native database.
