目前我国民营经济中的家族式企业要突破发展中面临的制度性约束,必须要使企业在市场竞争的压力下具有突破束缚的内在动力。同时,政府要加速市场体制的建设,通过完善要素市场、法治环境、促进社会文化建设等,为家族式企业制度变迁提供条件。

If the family enterprises want to carry out systems innovation,they must create an interior motive of it under the pressure of the market competition.Meanwhile,the government must speed up construction of harass the law environment,and promote the cultural building of the society,so as to supply proper conditions for the system innovation of family enterprise.
