摘要
本文根据近年来我国学者倡导的“混合性社会福利”的观点 ,对河南省临颍县南街村的社区福利制度进行了实证研究 ,提出发展农村社会福利 ,必须依靠集体经济的发展壮大 ,依靠村级政权的有效引导 ,依靠社区成员的积极参与。
According to the view of mixed social welfare put forward by a few Chinese scholars in recent years, the author studies the communal welfare of Nanjie Village of Linying County in Henan Province, believing that the development of collective economy, the guidance of village regime and the participation of communal members are the key factors to promote welfare projects.
