摘要
民事之诉问题在民事诉讼理论和制度上及实务中均具有重大的价值和意义。本文仅就诉的概念和构成要素、诉的类型、诉的合并和变更问题进行重新审视和论述。旨在完善我国民事之诉理论 。
The civil suit has great value and significance in the theory, system and practice of civil action. For improving the theory of suit and modifying the Code of Civil Procedure Law in our country, this thesis surveys and discusses the concept, elements, types, combination and conversion of suit.
