摘要
目标管理是注重结果的管理,它已经在全世界许多的企业得到了成功应用。施工企业在目标管理实践中应注意以下问题:要以整个企业的总目标为导向来组织企业的经营管理活动;进行系统管理,在企业各层次各部门进行目标分解,制订目标体系;注重自我管理,强调重点管理,落实对目标实施的绩效考核。
Target management focuses on the result, which has been applied into use successfully in the world. The following problems should be paid attention to: carry out the management under the guidance of the general target of the whole enterprise, implement a systematic management with each sector having their own target and make out target system, focus on self - management, emphasis management and evaluate and examine the implementation of the target management.
