摘要
研究了变形温度和变形程度对铸态AZ31镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在变形程度一定时,随着变形温度的升高,晶粒有长大的趋势;而在变形温度一定时,随着变形程度的增大,再结晶程度增加(ε=2.87时已全为再结晶组织),晶粒越细化,分布也越均匀;抗拉强度增量开始是逐渐增大的,但到一定程度时则出现峰值,以后不再增加。
The influnce of deformation temperature and deformation ettent on as-cast structure of AZ31 magnesium alloy are studied, show as a result, when deformation is certain, grains have tendency to grow large along with the increacement of deformation temperature; And when deformation extent (ε=2.87 already is that recrystallization structure completely), the finer grain is, the more homogeneous distrabution is; It is increased gradually that the increment of tensile strength begin, but when going to certain level, arise peak value, not increase afterwards again.
